Refund Policy

SKP Converter offers one free successful conversion per account and optional Premium subscriptions through Waffo. This policy explains cancellation, conversion failures, and how to request a review of a payment.

Free allowance and paid subscriptions

Basic includes one introductory successful conversion per signed-in account. Daily check-in grants one additional conversion per Beijing calendar day, capped at three unused rewards, with each reward valid for seven days. Premium costs $7 USD per month or $48 USD per year, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Test payments do not activate a paid subscription.

Cancellation and refund requests

To stop future renewals, contact support@skpconverter.online before the next billing date. Use the email on your receipt and include the order reference. A scheduled cancellation preserves access through the confirmed paid period; it does not itself refund a payment already made.

For an incorrect, duplicate, or unrecognized charge, or a problem using the purchased service, contact us for a review. We will identify the relevant transaction and explain the applicable resolution. This policy does not promise automatic refunds for every request or impose a fixed refund deadline that overrides applicable rights. Any approved refund is processed through the payment provider, whose processing times may vary.

If a conversion fails

Failed or canceled conversion streams do not consume the free introductory allowance. Premium is a subscription for access during its paid period, rather than a separate charge for each conversion. One failed request does not create a new charge or automatically refund the subscription. If a persistent service issue prevents use, contact support with the error details and your order reference.

Keep your original model. Conversion is not guaranteed to be lossless; inspect a downloaded copy in the destination SketchUp version before relying on it.

If you see an unexpected charge

First check the merchant name, transaction date, receipt, and product description. Do not assume that a payment to a third-party conversion tool, a SketchUp subscription, or an earlier unrelated site product is a payment for SKP Premium.

If you believe a charge is associated with SKP Converter, contact us with:

• The email address used for the transaction, if applicable.
• The payment date, amount, and currency.
• The merchant name and order or transaction reference.
• A brief explanation, such as a suspected duplicate or unrecognized purchase.

Do not send a full payment-card number, banking password, authentication code, or confidential model file. We may request further non-sensitive information to identify the relevant record before explaining the applicable correction or refund process.

Previous and third-party purchases

An existing purchase is governed by the offer and terms that applied when it was made, subject to applicable rights. This policy does not create a new paid conversion promise or remove an existing right.

A purchase from another merchant must be raised with that merchant or the payment provider shown on its receipt. SKP Converter does not control refunds for SketchUp licenses or another website's conversion service.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory refund, withdrawal, correction, or other consumer right that applies to your transaction. Review the Pricing page and Terms of Service before purchasing.
